"This West Toledo Park is rather sizable and contains a number of features, but is on very poor shape. It includes a new sign, a baseball diamond with benches, a football field with goal posts at each end, a half-basketball court, a playground, a swingset, two wooden benches, four metal trash cans, two charcoal grills, two wooden picnic benches (including one that is handicap accessible), and a large building. It's unclear if the building was available for rental at one time, or if it's used by the city for other purposes. In spite of all the amenities, the park still has space for a grove of large, intimidating trees. No walkway exists, paved or otherwise. There are no paved parking spaces, but a large gravel area exists along the Airedale side. You can also park on the street on the McGregor Lane side."

"Beautiful lush green park with many large trees, was suprised by how peaceful it was to walk thru during the day while it was quiet and nobody else was there. I've driven by this park many times but only ever noticed the restrooms and parking spaces, which are not in good shape. I was surprised when I actually walked through it and saw how pretty it is nestled within the neighborhood. I have been repeatedly told and warned by many, however to avoid this park at dark, lovely as it is."

"My family had a gathering there a few days ago and the place is spectacular. The hall was just right. It was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for everyone to gather inside and have a great time. The outside was awesome as well. There is a playground for the kids (old & young) to play and run around. I recommend this place to anyone having a party, reception, family reunion, or any type of special events!"

"It's a small park with some big wet sections. Pretty run down. But conveniently located. Has old little kid type play equipment and a few picnic tables. Also a baseball diamond. Features huge shade trees. So, for letting kids run around I still give it 4 stars."
