"Great historic property and park grounds at any time of the year. Currently the estate is decorated for Christmas and is free to tour. They had transport to and from parking if needed and fire pits where you could do smores. Well organized and beautiful home"
"The house was decorated beautifully. The scavenger hunt was great to distract the kids from the wait to get into some of the rooms. Smores were very yummy. We took the carriage ride and im very glad we got tickets because it was awesome weather and the owner of the mules was very friendly answering all of the questions my daughter had. Definitely will come again. Oh. . We visited the models trains also. So cute to see our town and some older memories set up in mini form. ❤️"
"This is an amazing annual treat for anyone in the northwest Ohio area. Every year volunteers bring their own items to decorate the manor hours with the most creative themes! Each year is different, so it easily becomes an annual family tradition that remains fresh and fun!"
"Nice scaveger hunt for kids to follow. Kept them interested. Loved the different decorating themes!"
"Went on a (paid) 3-hour Behind The Scenes tour. Everything was extremely organized. All of the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable on all aspects from the architecture and symmetry of the house to the lineage of the family. The tour was thorough, well-paced, and lasted the whole 3 hours - you get your money's worth! This is a beautiful house and it is clear that the people who conduct these tours love the building and property very much. I am very grateful to have seen it!"
