Chalky's Billiards & Family Entertainment 1851 Tiffin Avenue, Findlay, OH 45840

"When my family and I first moved to Findlay, we were looking for something to do with the family. We came across Chalky's on the Internet and the website mentioned "family entertainment." Initially, we were impressed with the establishment and the owner, Ken, who was very friendly and even complimented my son on his pool game. So, For the past two years, we have been regular patrons of this venue, valuing it as a great spot for family entertainment. However, our most recent experience left us disappointed and frustrated. My son and I decided to visit Chalky's again over the weekend for some quality time together. Early evening mind you and with little more than 3 other patrons inside. To our surprise, we were turned away and told my son could not use the pool tables solely because he is a few months shy of turning 16. This has never been an issue before, and despite trying to explain this to the staff, we were turned away anyway. Given that Chalky's was a place where we sought entertainment for us and our teens, the abrupt and unwelcoming treatment has left a bitter taste. We have made the decision to take our family outings and our business elsewhere from now on. Additionally, I would recommend that Chalky's revise their website to accurately reflect their age restrictions and remove the reference to "family" entertainment."

"It was okay. Atmosphere didn’t feel very welcome but I expect that from a small town. Drinks were okay, pizza was good, TouchTunes didn’t have much to any variety/diversity. Some of the signs seemed unnecessary, unwelcoming, and could possibly be confused with ignorance. Bad taste. 2/5 stars. Wasn’t horrible, I’d only recommend if you’re bored and just want to check someplace new out, don’t have high hopes."

"Excellent and friendly staff, well maintained volleyball courts, great food, plenty of drink choices, and an abundance of pool tables; Chalky's has become a 2nd home and the staff feels like family!"

"Great place to hang out! The prices didn't seem too bad at all. There is a lot available to do here. Plenty of pool tables. A lot of arcade games. The duckpin bowling looks fun (haven't played it yet). They also have one dart machine. Definitely recommend checking this place out. I expect we will start hanging out there more often!"
