"Three years ago I took my older daughter to David’s Bridal to shop for prom. We made an appointment and had a wonderful experience. The salesperson was very friendly and attentive. There was a large selection of dresses in all colors and styles. I wanted my younger daughter to have the same experience. She did not. I called the store a week ago to make the appointment. They called to confirm the night before, also stating that if we were 15 minutes late to please reschedule. No problem! We get there a few minutes early and check in The sales lady said we didn’t really need an appointment for just prom. The dresses are here (pointing) and against the wall. She then walked away. I asked if we needed to try on, do we just go to the back? She said to just look fur her. Not friendly, not welcoming, and unfortunately a small selection of dresses."

"Every time we come here everyone is really polite and kind. It is easy to be comfortable with the employees. Ashley - the alterations manager - was so helpful to us and the appointment went really well. Nat was so awesome as well. They both really helped us."

They picked up quickly on what I was loving. Not only did they do such an amazing job; but they also let my little girl try on flower girl dresses and she found the perfect dress that matches mine. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect first dress try on!"
