"Everytime I go in Shopper's World southgate the employees are RUDE. They don't seem to care how rude they are to the customers. There was a rude lady cashier, possible manager this time that had a bun in her head. She was the only cashier, and she had her light OFF!! She just ignorantly allowed us to stand there and wonder if whether or not we could walk up to her register. She never greeted us and she was just so mean that it was a turn off. Like why are you treating people this way that chose to shop at your store?? It's not even like they have some great selection of products, a lot of that stuff is overpriced junk that I have to look through very hard to find something decent. That cashier should be happy that a hand full of customers shop there, which helps her stay employeed, but no she chooses to chase away the few people who do patronize this business. This is about the third time that I have went in this store and the employees are unnecessarily rude. Around Christmas I went there for pajamas and the pajamas didn't have a price tag when I got to the counter, the lady cashier took it and said you can't get this because it doesn't have a price and we can't sell it to you because of a situation that happened a long time ago. Huh!! What type of sense does that even make. I wonder if sometimes they just want the item for themselves and so they act like they can't sell it to you. One time it was a rude young guy who rang me out. It's too many rude employees there and it's out of hand, I go long periods without trying them again because of this. I have tried to ignore it, but they go out of their way to make their rude behavior count, so SUCCESS! I will go somewhere else!!"

"The cashier's experience was good but shoe option was limited, however they are not a shoe store. The clothes were organized neatly, so that was nice as well but I still needed to go elsewhere for what I needed so that's why I gave it 4 stars."
