They stand around talking to their friends and other coworkers, and then when you approach them for help(which you shouldn't have to), they act like you are inconveniencing them!! Villa management, do yourself a favor and stop hiring these kids that are still in high school and if you do, teach them about customer service bc everyone that works there sucks at it"
