"This place is great. Got carry out first time here and everything was awesome. Ruben was delicious, country fried chicken dinner was full of flavor, green beans are the way I make them. Got a side of Onion rings that were still crunchy an hour later. Vegetable beef soup is really good too. Portions are good size prices are fair. This is definitely a revisit to try more things. Dine in looked to be a bit cramped but the food is definitely worth it."

"Was there for the first time. Ordered coffee, when he brought it, the coffee was cold. He brewed a fresh pot which still came to us warm not hot. No creamer available so my husband asked for milk from the kitchen. We got our coffee maybe a couple minutes before our meal was ready. Husband ordered fish and fries. Fries were not hot. Fish was ok. Coleslaw was long strands comparable to spaghetti!! My perogies were good with the exception of one bite was so salty I had to spit it out! I ordered Chile super. It was mostly chunks of tomatoes. We will not return."

"What a great place to unwind and have a good meal . The server was amazing ! She was so friendly and helpful ! The food is incredible ! The cook came out to chat for a minute , she is awesome and she makes everything , nothing was from a can . I had oyster stew , it was delicious and full of fresh oysters . Also the shrimp po boy is HUGE and so good , although the sauce is pretty spicy . My husband ordered the cod and shrimp and he enjoyed it . We started off with the beer pretzels and they are unique , not like you usually get , and fantastic . This place is a diamond ! The atmosphere is very comfortable and the place has a very interesting history ! If you go be sure to ask about it ! We will be going back to try some of their other delicious fod . The menu is large and there is so much to choose from !"

"Fantastic food! Great burgers, oyster stew, potato soup and Guiness mussels! Warm neighborly service with even an outside patio, ideal for summer months! A definite must try when in Garretsville or visiting Nelson Ledges (10 min drive)."

"We've been here twice now and it's been amazing both times! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is so cozy. Service is wonderful and friendly too. The Blarney Burger is a favorite of ours, and the cheese dip with pretzels as an appetizer. They are the BEST pretzels you'll ever have!"
