"Waited over an hour for our food and it was not during a typical meal period. Server said it took so long because a large group of golfers phoned their order in from the course. Would have been nice to know we were behind a large order that would delay our food before we placed our order. Would have gone elsewhere. Sticky Chicken sandwich was really good (but not worth the wait). Also surprised that a venue like this has no beer on tap (just cans)."
"Can't rate the food as we were never served. No one came to our table and we were the only table there. 2 workers ignored us for 20 minutes. Finally left. Cedar point needs to train/hire better."
"Started off with waitresses debating in front of me who had to take our table, both giving excuses to each other whos turn. 60 minutes later food arrived before appetizer. My BLT looked like they used bacon crumbles. I even ordered extra bacon. Returned it. Please remove this from your menu. Sub-Par Cedar Point."

"Terrible service. No hostess greeted us. We seated ourselves on the veranda in back (pretty view of pond and golf course), waited 10 minutes for someone to greet us. Finally walked back into restaurant to see if they even HAD table service. (I was pleasant and asked nicely.) The server's one-word reply: "Yes". (She seemed irritated that I would even ask.) Waited another 5 minutes before the server returned. We ordered our drinks and lunch at that time (2 diet colas, a burger and cole slaw, and a salad). Then had to wait another 30 minutes before lunch arrived. (It was NOT busy.) The server apologized for our wait, explaining that the kitchen was "backed up". The burger was good, the cole slaw soupy, the salad was good. $25.62. We won't be back."
