"Reece the asst manager at the Franklin Square mall was so helpful! I'm new to the area, had a big issue and she made everything work out for me! Please give her praise bcuz I am already telling my friends and family to go to that specific store for shoes and clothes . I will be back for school shoes and clothes in a couple months, thanks!"

"I just wanted to buy some shoes and after I tried them on the only thing I did is ask in a nice way for the other shoe to the girl at the register and she started looking at me weird and being rude. I just smiled about it while I was telling my dad about it and she asked me in an angry tone “what’s so funny” and she was doing everything in an aggressive way. I like going there but today I had such a bad experience there."

"I have been trying to make a return for the past several weeks and each time the assistant store manager has been very rude and unhelpful when explaining why or how long it’ll be until I’m able to return my belongings. He then proceeded to give me a completely different reason during my most recent shopping trip that a return cannot be made because they are not accepting any form of payment outside of cash and due to my original payment being made via card. When I asked to speak to his superior about the concern, he proceeded to tell me he’s not going to give me his name nor contact info because “he’s going to tell me the same thing” - And then proceeded to not disclose his name when I asked who he was! This place needs to be ran by someone more competent in the area of customer relations. Never giving this location my money again!"

"Will never spend a dime in this store. Which would have received quite a bit of money today had the worker without a mask on told me i had to either put a mask on or leave. When i asked why are they not wearing theirs then another worker without hers on said because she couldnt breathe with hers on. We all have an issue breathing with them on. Then my co-shoppers were told to put masks on or leave as the workers still did not have theirs on. They were completely rude and disrespectful to us. Lost a customer because of this and i will be sure to share this on social media also."
