"I went into the walk-in urgent clinic on this past Saturday 12/16/23. I was told that myself and my four year-old granddaughter tested positive for the flu. Doctor. Wiuc did not call in prescriptions for anything. She told me to go home and take NyQuil and DayQuil I was coughing profusely. I had a high fever along with my granddaughter. She was aware that I have high blood pressure but told me to just go home and take NyQuil and DayQuil, which isn’t good for people with high blood pressure, at any rate, I followed those instructions. It came home. I am getting worse by the day. I called her on yesterday 12/17/23 and asked the receptionist to please have her call me in something a breathing treatment anything they said she was not in yet they will get her a message as soon as she came in. I call back this morning because I never received a call back and they told me she’s out of the office today so I will have to wait because she’s not in today & no other Doctor can take care of me. I’ve reached out to my primary care physician. I am beyond angry. This is my life and I literally feel like I’m about to die. This cannot be what our healthcare system has turned to. I would NEVER go here again, I wouldn’t send my dog here YUCK!!!!"
"I am very upset regarding my visit. There is a foreign virtual medical assistant at the front desk on a video screen to check people in..i have never seen this anywhere before and there was a language barrier which i had to ask the person several times to repeat herself. I believe this is a HIPAA violation as well..i feel like my private info given over is not secure. Karen the nurse and the doctor were great. However, the virtual assistant concerned me and again was very hard to communicate with. It just gave me a weird feeling which you shouldn't get when visiting a medical facility."
"go somewhere else. waited over an hour to be seen when there was only 3 people including me. doctor seemed like she didn’t want to be there and wanted to go home. then went to pick up my medication. doctor didn’t put the order in right and when the pharmacist called on my behalf so they could fill the medication, first didn’t even pick up the phone and put them on hold for over 20 mins. i had to drive all the way back to ask for them to pick up the phone. i originally asked them to just have the prescription paper but assured me they were sending it correctly. This could have just been avoided if they gave me the prescription paper in the first place. after all of this it has been over two hours since i even stepped foot in there. just terrible."
"Came in today to get treatment for my husband’s allergic reaction to a hornet sting. We did a virtual check-in then sat in the empty waiting room for about 20 minutes. During this time, 2 women behind the receptionist window were talking to each other and never once acknowledged us. Finally they entered the waiting room to give us a new form to fill out then told us they are leaving for a lunch break and will be back in 20 minutes. Not once did they ask about my husband’s condition or see if he needed immediate assistance. We weren’t sure if he was going to need an Epipen because his allergic reaction was getting worse as we continued waiting. But they didn’t seem to care. I think the name of this place should be changed to “Non-urgent Care.” Needless to say we left right away and went elsewhere for treatment. I will never go back to this place and will make sure everyone I know will not waste their time here."
