"The customer service at this Carter’s store is terrific. They are so very helpful and really just make everything as simple as possible. I recently experienced some issues ordering online and spent HOURS on the phone with customer service and then “managerial support” and they weren’t able to fix my problem. I called the store and they said, “Come in. Bring your phone and we’ll place the order for you.” I was in and out in 5 minutes. My items were ordered before everything sold out! Should’ve gone to them first. Wonderful!"

"Awful experience. They kicked us out because my 3 year old cannot wear a mask. She was screaming and crying on the way out & the worker had the audacity to tell me to come back soon. Yeah right. They will never get another dime of my money. They lost a loyal customer."

"Good clothes at the prices you would expect from Carter's. I took a star off due to the unfriendly sales associate. She wasn't rude, but I definitely got the impression that we were wasting her time. I will probably stick to shopping on their website in the future, as I just don't see any benefit to going to the store."
