"Bougie isn’t even the word. I brought an entire tote of never worn clothing and was told majority wasn’t taken because of slight discoloration. After sitting in the store for over 30minutes I’ve noticed dirty toys, discolored clothing and stretched out clothing. The only items taken were the name brand things like Jordan’s and north face. Will not be returning."
"This is a great store. It is very clean, well stocked and organized. They have a great variety of merchandise. All of the clothes are in excellent condition. The staff is super nice! Highly recommend!"
"I have given this shop soooo many chances. At this point however, I do not recommend it and I’ve decided to shop somewhere else from now on. Bad employees ruin customer experience. It’s worth it to drive further. On the plus side, the selection is pretty good and items are in good shape. It’s clean and fairly well organized. But I don’t understand why the staff is so crabby. This isn’t a one time event. It’s every time I have shopped here, which is a lot in the past few years. Each time I think, maybe they’ll be nicer today. No. The only time there has been any sign of friendly and professional effort made was one time when there was someone there who seemed like a manager or owner. She actually made an attempt to be reasonably nice. She didn’t make you feel like she couldn’t wait to get rid of you. The rest of these women are just snotty. Consistently. They give a very cursory greeting when you enter the store to let you know about that day’s sale. After that, watch out. If you need to ask them something, they will act like it’s a huge bother. I’ve never brought in anything to sell, but I hear them speaking with other customers with items to sell, and they are so rude. No attempt at friendliness, no brief apology if the items can’t be taken, just a dismissive No. When you go to the register to check out is when things really get fun. There is zero professional behaviour here. If you ask a question, you get curt, clipped, irritated responses. The tone is irritated condescension. The level of palpable unfriendliness emanating from these women is unreal. They’re like annoyed teachers ordering kids around. Except they’re not teachers, they’re store employees, and we aren’t children, we’re customers trying to buy things. Get real. If you want people to shop at a store, good merchandise and pricing are only part of it. Poor employees drive away customers. I have given this shop way too many chances, thinking at some point someone there will actually not be a cold, unprofessional brat. It hasn’t happened. I’ve been trying to shop here because it’s close to my home and convenient. But with employees like this, I am more than willing to drive to Strongsville. There is a wonderful kids’ consignment shop there, where the workers are friendly and really nice and welcoming. It’s a breath of fresh air compared with this place!"
"very clean and organized! prices are way more worth it than buying new online or in a store. there are some tags that are slightly more than the original tags, but in the end its up to you to buy them cause this is a consignment shop and its pretty normal for this to happen as the employees dont control the pricing. (they use a system that determines price depending on how old the piece is and condition.) i will definitely be coming back since kids grow so fast and its very budget friendly!"
"I found some really nice, gently used and new clothes for my grandbaby and saved alot of money too. Its better spending $2.50 - $6.50 for a outfit than $10 or more. You can't beat it. You just gotta look through the clothes carefully. This store seems a little smaller than the one in Fairlawn tho. But it still had some good picking. Definitely going back."
