"Amazing local pub. The ascetic inside was amazing! Vintage (mid 1800's) period was well maintained. The old style ceiling fans were my favorite. Food there was very well priced, BBQ wings were smoked for hours then deep fried and battered in the sauce! Fried pickles were only $5 and what a huge plate full! Onion rings were the right amount of crunch too. Nice job! If passing through and you have a little time, avoid fast food and stop by!"
"One of our favorite local joints to visit. They have the best burgers around and the service has greatly improved since our first visit over a year ago. We now visit at least once every couple weeks."
"We decided to go with Mondays special of meatloaf sandwiches. They did not disappoint! Very good flavor no gristle which is important to us. Atmosphere is cool and good servers. Our meatloaf was 16$ but we both brought some home for later. Come eat at Ashbrook!!"
"The wings are smoked then fried. The first sauce was of course hot garlic. Nice size, good flavor but not real crispy. I would ask for extra crispy and more sauce. The second was mixture of hot garlic and bourbon sauce. They called it Cody mix. It was good but again needed fried longer they came out hot but just not crisp enough to my liking. We had the Fatboy fries.. it's the ashbook (loaded) fries with onion rings on bottom. good but the onion rings got soggy.. Also deep fried pepperoni. Like the wings need more fryer time not really crispy. No pic of them they were eh.. Overall nice bar. Grill is open view kinda like an old diner. Fryer and stuff was in back. Our server was new her first night but she did a great job very attentive and friendly. Will go back but ask for extra crispy everything lol"
"The food was great, but the service wasn't the best. Maybe we came at their busy time. We didn't realize there was two sides to set down and eat so we ended up sitting next to the bar. Overall the food was hot and the breaded pickles were super good. When we went to order pizza the waitress said they don't serve pizza any more and they haven't updated the menus. They ran out of plates to give us for the appetizers and silverware so they gave us napkins and plastic wear. I would say the highlight was the food and the ceiling fans that were super neat to look at. They were the old style ones that ran from a cord pulley system."
