"Mansion Hill Tavern, now the oldest music bar in the tristate area, seriously has the best burger and fries I’ve ever had the pleasure of consuming. Brian, the owner, is amazing. He provided great service and a lovely history lesson. "Although known primarily for its blues scene it is also a great spot for lunch. Food is tasty and always a step above what it needs to be to satisfy, and owner Brian takes a personal interest in his customers. Room is comfy and cozy, and the blues-related decor provides an atmosphere not found elsewhere. Background music is all blues and at a volume that doesn't interfere with normal conversation, something increasingly rare in local restaurants. Rapidly becoming a favorite."
"Wandered by early Saturday after and had a beer and talked to the owner and another bartender. Just some really good dudes! Found out there’s live blues there 6 days of the week, and we came back and jammed out to the Mojo Blues Cats. What an amazing place and amazing band! This is the perfect live music, dive bar that’s off the beaten path. This will be a regular stop for us when we’re in town! Love this place!"
