"I LOVE THESE FOLKS!! Dr. Matt and his entire staff are a joy to be around and actually make going to the dentist a fun experience! Long story short…roughly 6 months ago I had my first appointment with Dr. Matt. I had visible decay on my front teeth and was very self-conscious of my smile. Today, I walked out of the office with a brand new smile! A TRUE SMILE! Dr. Matt and his amazing staff went above and beyond to make certain I was well taken care of and satisfied. "I had an appointment scheduled for December 16, 2021 since the beginning of November, after getting ignored by several other incompetent dentists in Scioto County. My wisdom tooth has been causing me problems since September of 2020. This morning (December 13), I was woken up by a call from the office confirming my appointment for tomorrow. So, they couldn't even get the date correct. When I originally set the appointment, I asked the woman if they accept Medicaid, to which she replied yes. I went over a month expecting to be seen and ACTUALLY taken care of FOR ONCE. On the phone this morning, the woman asked if I have a certain health insurance. I told her I have Molina and she said, "We don't accept Molina and never have." So, they lied to my face and strung me along just like every other useless orthodontist office in this sorry excuse for a county. Don't go here, for the love of all that is good. They don't want to help you; they want to milk your insurance and make money off of you. Disgusting. These 5 star reviews are likely bots or people the office hired to write pleasant things about them."
