"We went for dinner and was impressed with the size of the pickle chips. They were very good. My wife got the surf and turf and I got the OMG Burger. She said the steak was too small but was good. My OMG Burger was okay. The beef needed seasoning. The Berger did but have any condiments on it so asked for a side of mayo. It was 50 cents. I have never been charged for a side of mayo at a restaurant. Also, the pickle chips came with a very small cup of ranch, and was charged a dollar for another. The small charges for condiments seemed pretty and made me not want to come back. Overall, service was excellent but you need to be up front when you are going to charge for things where most do not."

"Went to watch a bowl game and the atmosphere was the same as a TGI Friday's or Chili's. The service was good but lagged towards closing time (to be expected), though the kitchen closed an hour before the doors did. The food is ok, the wings were a little dry and several flavors were unavailable. I doubt i'd go back, but that's mostly a distance thing."

"Contacted customer service over a week ago, crickets. So now leaving a review. The whole experience was poor. Had to get our own menus, then had to get our own silverware. Was doubled charged for drinks, charged for substituting a sauce (?!), out of multiple items, received wrong items. Didn’t get drinks until dinner was almost served. It was just a hot mess for a place that wasn’t even that busy. Super disappointed in the service and over charges but even more disappointed in the lack of response from the restaurant."

"Maybe the best National chain I’ve ever been to. Didn’t realize for years it’s a chain (until they sponsored a bowl game lol) easily top 3 favorite wings in Columbus, and considering the choices we have that’s saying a LOT. Best garlic parm sauce you will find at a restaurant. Wings are always fried perfect hard! All the other food we have had is good too. Best value on the menu is the grilled shrimp skewers. Also a great place to watch an OSU game, even though it is on the small side."

"As a person who has had experience with this franchise back in Florida, this Ohio establishment is okay. Food is what you would expect from a Beefs though less grease would be recommended. Wait time could be improved. With literally a small handful of customers on a weekend afternoon, it's kind of a downer when you have to wait 10+ minutes to get served. Honestly, this one is a hit or miss. With improvement I can see myself come back."
