"Employees aren’t very knowledgeable of their positions, let alone be able to give you the correct part. When customers walk in the are expecting employees to be mechanical inclined. This isn’t the case, by far. Some young kids that work there are disrespectful. I’ve had to call management from another store to get refunded for a part I had the receipt for and purchased two days before returning. It was the wrong part and I was told it couldn’t be returned since it was ordered. They thought, until upper management got involved. It was crazy to have had this experience. Rated one star just because of the every 5 purchases over $20 you get a $20 credit."
