Build-A-Bear Workshop

"Completely disappointed. I wanted this experience to be a fun and memorable one with my dad, who is currently suffering from stage 3 pancreatic cancer. I wanted to get the chance to make a stuffed animal with him and have a voice box put into it so I had something (and an experience) to remember him by when time comes. Instead, we got glares from the employees and little to no help when we needed it, especially with the voice recording. The glares, especially from this one employee with glasses and a drawstring back with the BAB frog in it, caused us to get uncomfortable and leave with nothing. The entire interaction soured our day, and it had upset both of us. Please do better."

"The kids had a fun experience here. We brought them in on their birthday. No one asked us if we needed help picking a bear or what brought us in that day (it was on their birthday and so I was a little bummed they didn't get paper crowns to wear). It would also be nice if the accessories had prices posted on the shelving instead of the tag, but that's minor. Not many boy accessory options or if there were they were well hidden, we had a difficult time finding something for my son when all the big wall units were geared towards girls."

"Our 4th year in a row coming here at Christmas, this is probably the best Build-A-Bear we have been too. We are big fans and this location is always clean and well-stocked. The staff are always friendly and seem to enjoy working there."
