"I have been searching everywhere for a Spider-Man 2099 costume shirt for my son to complete his costume. He has sensory issues so the tightness of a bodysuit like the costumes sold just wouldn’t work for him. I found a shirt on Hot Topic’s website so I called our local store to see if it was in stock to pick up. Zane from Liberty Center in Liberty Twp, OH was absolutely amazing! Their store did not have it in the right size, but instead of directing me to call, he took it upon himself to call 2 other local stores and found it! "This is probably one of the nicest stores I've been to in a while-- from staff to store cleanliness. The staff offer solutions and substitutions if the item you want is out of stock and they can't order it online. (They can order items to be sent to the store for you if they don't carry it but it's available online) Both the manager and assistant managers are both super friendly. I come to this mall specifically for this Hot Topic and its friendly staff."
