"My first appointment here it was clear that Michael was a very competent dentist, unfortunately everything else about this practice is very unprofessional. Failing to save x-ray results multiple times, dropping instruments on the floor and continuing use, failing to deliver x-rays to my surgeon and completely ghosting both me and the surgeon on the day of surgery, taking multiple hours for a simple cleaning and upon hearing I was not going to continue coming to this dentist I was rushed out. Michael is talented but simply does not care."
