"I made a bowl here, worked hard on it and was so excited to have it, and when we went to pick it up they said they had donated it to a charity and I can just make a new one. Absolutely not okay, they did not to try to retrieve the bowl for us (which I get, weird to reclaim from charity, but also it wasn’t meant for charity in the first place)"

"I really didn't want to leave a negative review for this place, as we had a great time painting there. We were told our mugs would be ready in a week, so naturally we came back 7 days later. They said they were not ready yet. We came back the next day only to find out that one of our mugs was ready. The other was nowhere to be found. After checking throughout the store, they determined that it had been taken by someone else. Sure, I was issued a refund, but the mug I had painted for my girlfriend before I graduated and moved away was gone. This is the one mistake a place like this can't make."

"Very cool artsy place to come and paint clay pottery to create your own custom project or gift. The prices are very reasonable, and the tables offer plenty of space for your project. It's a neat place for young and old to go for the experience and create their own item. Nice way to spend some time doing something different. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great downtown location near many other shops and eateries."
