"The people that to my door for the promotion of the Wi-Fi they had told me I was approved by the program that was totally free. Nope got a bill for a $110.00. They didn't fill the paperwork out right. So I told them to stick it where the moon don't shine."

"This store allowed someone to access my account today and sold them an iPhone 15, iPad, and Apple Watch while cutting off my access to my phone. To bypass the fail-safes Verizon has in place, there's no way it wasn't done without help. I have now spent hours with Verizon support to deal with this issue and my phone is experiencing issue after issue thanks to this failure on the staff at this location. Would not recommend."

"I went to this version store with my 82 year old mother. We were greeted immediately and soon a young man by the name of Sam offered to assist us. outstanding young man very patient with us and answered all of our questions without making us feel like we were bothering him ! Gret job ,every version needs a Sam Jones in their building! thanks so muck!"

Had merely asked to have a staff member help me contact customer support, due to issues with cellular service. — The staff member who had greeted me, seemingly had a general disinterest in helping me find resolution. The staff member directed me to a customer service kiosk, where I could make a phone call. After having asked if he could help to make sure I contacted the right representative, he’d stated, “I don’t make phone calls.” He said, “You can dial 91 to get out and then you can call the number on the desk.” Found the interaction to be very patronizing. Definitely, one of the poorest forms of etiquette and general interaction I’ve ever experienced."
