I would exercise caution and research before deciding to give Brick Street anymore of your business. If the person were inside the establishment, by all means he should had been restrained. Chasing and apprehending a person in public is the job for police. Not doormen/security. Extreme cases are the exception."

"Great structure with fun spots to people watch but they did a terrible job of placing bars and traffic flow was poorly thought through, IMO. Therefore, many bottle necks and over crowding and you can wait a long time for cocktails. $100k on a good flow analysis would have paid them 4 fold per year. Still, a must visit when in Oxford."
