"We were very nervous walking into the store in Richmond. Having been with AT&T for the last 35 years, there was a lot of anxiety felt about switchinga regarding network, reliability, customer service. The store manager Josh made sure to greet and ease a lot of our anxieties. Learning about the merger and the history of Sprint and Tmobile, we could have not made a better decision to commit to t-mobile. I know a lot of the times reviews are meaningless to companies, but I really hope whoever reviews this, will award the store for their relentless passion and care they have displayed to our family. We will be sure to tell our friends and family and whoever we come into contact about the reliability of the network but also the staff that really made the difference and pushed us to commit without fear or regret. "I have worked with staff at this location for many years. I no longer live in the area but will still travel to this location because of the stellar service they always have provided me. I have even called this store when I have had issues with other stores in other states and they still are willing to help and provide assistance and recommendations. If you want sub par service go somewhere else because this location is hands down one of the best in the entire corporation!"

"I came into this store with assistance with activating my new tmobile phone that I bought online. I am hard of hearing so it is difficult for me to talk on the phone. I went to this store in person and the employee that I was with was absolutely no help at all and did not know what he was doing and told me to call customer support instead of helping me activate the new phone. I told him I was hard of hearing and I cannot talk on the phone and I asked if he can help me talk to support and he visibly got upset and frustrated with me as he did not want to do his job. He did not speak clearly and he mumbled and was not mindful of my disability. He was very disrespectful and rude to me. Because of his actions and his behavior towards me I will be returning the phone and cancelling the plan and I have not even gotten to use it and I will not be associated with T-Mobile service again."
