"The ice cream and food is WAY over priced. Over $10.00 for 2 small blizzards."
"It was okay but $1.00 for a slice of American cheese get real even the most expensive brands are $4.00 FOR A 24 SLICE PACKAGE WHICH MEANS YOU WILL MAKE $20.00 OFF A PACK OF CHEESE. l am all for people making a profit but there are limits!"
"I love the dogrito’s and the ice cream is the best around. I come here often and the employees are fast, accurate, and kind. You don’t get good customer service in Richmond much. You ask for what you asked for at the initial greet and people just get hateful offended and look at you as if they wanna fight. No thanx I’ll just go get my ice cream from the kind folks at this DQ"
"I haven't been there for a few years, and I decided to go to try something in order to get a picture for a food app I participate in. I tried the Girl Scouts Thin Mint Blizzard. It was different and delicious. I didn't think they could make this from Girl Scout cookies. I also got my picture for my app and Google Maps."
"This is the best place in town for ice cream. Unfortunately, when we were in the drive-through, an employee slipped on the floor and since it is such a small work space, it slowed things down even more. When we did get to order, the sundae was so full it was overflowing and had to be thrown away because of the mess it made going from the drive-through to the park. This was the only time we've ever had to ask for napkins since none were given when the items were handed to us. Overall, this is a great place. I think we just were there at a bad time."
