"I’d prefer to leave NO STARS. Just go to a Walmart eye center. My husband was lead on for almost 4 MONTHS about his contacts being in office to pick up…they repeatedly told both of us they would be in during next shipment. NO ONE COULD EVER GIVE A STRAIGHT ANSWER FOR WHEN OR WHY. The staff is in the wrong career field based on attitude & how well they care to help & listen to patients when giving them their script from their previous doctor…so not only did my husband have to wait months but the struggle of having to advocate for the RIGHT SCRIPT"

"My two kids and I have all been here and had a great experience even as self pay patients. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff even took the time to try and get out vision exams covered under our insurance. The optometrists on staff were very patient with kids who had never had full on exams and were very thorough in addressing all my questions in regards to my own vision issues."

"Maybe I've just had some bad luck taking my daughter here, but I would not be able to recommend this office to anyone if asked. The staff was fine when we went in, but then the Dr - who was friendly - decided to tell me that my daughter's medical condition would be solved by just getting her the correct prescription of glasses (she had already been wearing glasses a year prior). Mind you, the condition she has has absolutely nothing to do with her eyes. If I needed to get an opinion on that, I would have asked someone who specializes in it, not someone who is an optometrist. Then, later, I tried numerous times to get a print off of her prescription. I called up there four or five times over a two month period and was told they would email it to me when they got around to it (their wording). Well, that was never done. Unfortunately, I expected that after the second call, and we will be finding somewhere else to go."

"As for Doctor Meade he will get 5 out 5 stars. He is professional and couresty. But the receiptionist one . I had to repeat myself several times. I just gave up. Maybe she should have handed the phone to spmeone else if she couldnt understand what i was saying."
