Costume Holiday House

"I visited a year ago, had a good experience. I returned about a year later to inquire about an upcoming inventory sale, since i wanted to see if there were any costumes that would be available in the sale to try on. (I have a small mascot collection and I am very selective, especially important to try on to check for fit and see how the back of the costume looked.) The lady working at the cash register sounded very inconvenienced by me showing up and requesting a try on, and she also refused to even just show me the bodysuit so I could look at the backside and the inside. (even without trying it on.) [I can understand wanting to keep a costume clean and not risking damage, but refusal to let me visually inspect the bodysuit is a clear sign they don't want my business]. I do not recall seeing a name, but she needs better customer service skills."

"Went to this store at 5pm. The door was locked, but there were three workers in there sitting on their phones so I called the number to ask if they were closed. The women on the phone proceeded to tell me they only had one worker today and that meant they had to close early. When we were standing outside the door we were looking at three workers on there phones and talking. They saw us and continued on, couldn’t even come to the door to tell us they closed early. Really disappointed in the situation."
