"They forgot to get my serum for appointments scheduled 3 weeks prior. Called me 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment time to tell me they weren't ready and couldn't do it. Many unprofessional and disorganized experiences with them. EDITED TO ADD- After leaving this review, they called and dropped me as a client! I guess this is my punishment for telling my honest experiences. Not helping the unprofessionalism perception, tbh."

"I will start off with, if I had something bad to say I’d be lying. Everyone from the receptionists all the way to Doctor Ben was a pleasure be around. The medical assistant/nurse( I unfortunately do not remember her name) was great. My 4 year old was with me and she made her feel comfortable and engaged in conversation with her while still dealing with me. They were very informative about the tests I was going to be doing, to the point I had no questions to ask. Dr. Ben was also very thorough with explaining my results, making sure I was understanding everything. The staff in general were very kind. I definitely picked the right place and I’m looking forward to continuing my treatment. Thank you."
