"In December of 2019 I purchase a suppressor with that suppressor came $100 gift card that could be used to purchase a different Item from the manufacturer. Upon receipt of that gift card I purchased a Flash Hider which I did with the gift card in addition to about $40 to cover the difference of the cost. I received my suppressor in July of 2020 no problems about what I expected the Time would be. Now after several calls and emails I still haven't gotten my flash hider. I called this past February and was told I should have it in a couple of weeks. Still no Flash hider. When I called back a month later to see about the status The person I talked to was short with me and told me "if we had it we would have called you"! As of 09/03/2021 I have not received as much as a email from them. At the very least let me know they can't get the item and issue me a refund. If you are in business to sell a product or a service, then customer service should be your number one goal. I have been patient, I have not been pestering, I get it the world has gone crazy since my purchase. I did not want to write this review, but It seems I was left with no choice. I can not recommend these guys for anything. I regret having to say this, but it has gone to the point of being ridiculous. I email mailed Luke over a week ago to try get a response and still have not received even any communication back. So I guess it is what it is."
