"If I could give 0 stars I would. The management at this McDonald's is pathetic with their manager Jen at the helm, which reflects in the attitude and efficiency of the crew. Management has no leadership skills or social skills and is filled with drama. I'm glad my son doesn't work there anymore. They should be permanently shut down for selling poisonous fake food to the public anyways. Just because you know how to cook the books and create that fake food, it doesn't make you a leader."

"This McDonald’s is a running joke within my colleagues circles. We call it the “half a cup of coffee place”. I think they hope that after you wait in the mile long drive thru line, you will not have time to go in and ask them to fill your coffee to the line, so you never get a full cup of coffee there. Ever. Their food is stale, and always cold. The one instance I went inside, the store was filthy, and the toilets were full of human waste. The owner Connie’s number is listed on the window. That is an effort in futility. I was trying to redeem a certificate and did not know I was at the wrong McDonald’s. She was rude, condescending and passive aggressive when I spoke with her. I hung up halfway through our phone call because of the unprofessional way she was speaking to me. She immediately called back, and I let it go to voicemail. I have a screenshot of the dictation message from her on my Iphone. At the end of her snarky message, she said that she “hoped I had the day I deserved.” I know a few kids that have worked there over the years. They have nothing but terrible things to say regarding how they were treated. If that had been my child, there would have been legal steps taken. There are many reasons this McDonald’s in Louisville Ohio has only a three star rating. Believe the rating. There are too many McDonald’s in the area to be treated poorly, and receive subpar food in a dirty environment. Consumer Beware."
