"Normally we have a great experience, and the quality of the product is great! I have been a customer for years. But this time the staff was extremely rude to me and my family at check out. We also were trying to find out the price for a nativity set and the employees could not be bothered to look it up for us. The store was not even busy! Bad customer service."

"A huge wholesale and manufacturing facility. HUGE. They seem to specialize in applying homespun sentiments to items to create countryside decor items. They should videos of their workers mass producing the articles. It all had a "Metropolis" feel to it. I felt decidedly uncomfortable. The misery on the faces of the workers in the video was unsettling."

"Cannot say enough great things about this place. My husband surprised me and took me here for an anniversary day trip. I loved. It. He let me pick out a Ton of stuff. Because he’s knows I’m frugal lol. We hit the clearance corner. And I was tickled pink ! Highly recommend going here to see all that they offer. The displays are gorgeous. Employees so friendly and helpful. Make sure to visit the chapel and educate yourself on the story behind it and Leave Your Mark Keep in mind, there is Tons to do in Amish country just down the road from here.
