"I give 2 stars just because the team were showing preference in helping and welcoming customers, as no one jumped in to ask what do i need, but then couple of customers entered after me and they welcomed them and assisted them with what they need. It's my first time I enter this location of The North Face company which is my favorite one specifically for climbing adventures, and I visit it everytime I go to different state."

"3.18.2018 my first time at The North Face, and I was very please with the customer service. A friendly greeting from the gentleman as soon as I walked through the door, and spontaneous assistance to offer help with what I was searching for. This same gentleman was absolutely helpful, and brought my shoes out, then helped me try on two different style shoes (one on each foot). He advised me to walk around and get a good feel of both, which I did. This gentleman then excused himself, and went to the register to ring out other customers whom were waiting in line. About 2 minutes later Catharine came to my assistance and I was overwhelmed! She helped me look for a pair of Chilkat EVO boots in a size 13 that were on sale. After returning from the stockroom , she told me they were out of the boot I wanted, but she found a few pairs I might like that were 40% off also. I had to have black for work, so Catharine immediately got out her hand held and tried to find a pair in my size online. She had no luck, but it's the taking time to try that got me. Bless her heart!
