"Horrible employees that will ignore you any chance they get. Then insult you for mentioning how you've been there for 30 minutes being ignored. Worthless atmosphere. The young lady working at the front counter this morning, February 6th was ridiculously rude. The amount of time I spent just waiting for my order which was already completed is absurd. I was told my order would be on the pickup rack (which was already hidden in some corner, barely visible to anybody first walking in) and apparently you're expected to just know that those rules have changed I guess? With no mention whatsoever, and when you mention anything about it, you're insulted. I'm particularly baffled by this scenario simply because the Panera I commonly frequent is but a city away, in Hudson. A location which runs on the rules they give their customers and seemingly operates without problem. You go to the pickup rack (that they also tell you to go to) and if your orders not already there, it'll be there without any insults or expectations to know something that wasn't conveyed to you."
"For starters my kids mac n cheese always comes cold. I have watched them in the process before and these people take bagged “Mac n cheese” and microwave it .. not homemade at all . I’ve had a worker talking to me about the environment there and it is horrible the way they are treated and spoken to. This needs to stop. No person grown or young should be dealing with this it’s ridiculous. The general manager will act nice towards customers but towards workers not so much ."
"They were out of baguettes for the soup, so had to settle for chips. It's been a few years since I've been to a Panera, but I never been to one that has ran out of baguettes. Those are a staple. The featured sandwiches weren't available...because they were out of baguettes. The Creamy Chicken and Rice soup was good, but it cost $10 for a bowl for soup which is warmed in a bag and scooped into a bowl. The Tomato Basil Bacon Sandwich was also good, but also overpriced. Thought it was silly for the register to ask for a Tip just because someone took my order and put it in a bag, which is the same service as a fast food place. All the employees looked unhappy and no one made eye contact. They all seemed to be in closing mode even though closing was 2 hours away. Overall it is very doubtful I'll be back. The food is good but for the price there are better local options. Doesn't make financial sense to go here."
"I will never eat here again. The price of food for the amount you get is total bullcrap. The Mac and cheese was barely Luke warm for the actual 4 bites you get $6.99. And they forgot to add the bread. This place is freaking crazy with its prices."
