"I used to buy food here every day until they started raising prices every 2 months. It went from 17$ to 18 to 20$ in just 4 months . After that i started buying from African paradise restaurant and i only spend 18$ for the same food they sell 20$ at darbo. Greed will be your downfall"
"I adore this place. The staff is always welcoming and the food is AMAZING. The chicken kalankal, the chapati, the soup (OMG) and tea when you are dining in-house are free and the BEST ever. The salmon is an amazing proportions and so tender. Plus they serve the most amazing pineapple juice and bananas with your meal for free as well. The green sauce....so fresh and deliciously spicy. Such good people to dine with! Thank you Leban!!!"
"Food is tasty. It was not noisy when we were there. All meals come with complementary banana, soup, tea and pineapple juice. It is clean. Tea and soup are self service. They do take-aways too and price is reasonable. On weekends the tea and soup finish by 4pm. So get there earlier if you want tea and soup. They do close at 9pm but on weekends do get there by 7pm because they may run out of food, which can only mean they have good food. But they do try to accommodate which is very nice."
"This place was amazing!! My first time and it wasn’t so bad. This is traditional Somali food so be prepared for people to eat with their hands!! It’s not strange it’s their culture and the people are nice and polite! They came to out table a few times and ask about the food. If your going into a place like this have a open mind. This place isn’t American and that fine it’s nice to try out cultures food!!"
