"The doctor himself is decent, however the staff collectively fails to do their job and when called out for it after leaving their patient in agonizing pain for months with no answers they drop you as a patient. 10/10 DO NOT recommend. Since this IS American and we pay for health”care” take your “business” elsewhere. Because they neglect their patients and refuse to take responsibility."

"I’ve been going to this doctors office ever since I was little and they are amazing! Dr. Chad Whitaker is awesome, he always listens to my concerns and shows he cares. Every time I go for an appointment they never disappoint! Everyone is so nice there and gives positive vibes, I love that when I walk in and go to the window I am greeted with a smile☺️ Definitely recommend going here!"

"Couldn't believe how awful I've been treated by a professional. Dr is great. But nurse is his wife and is a toxic part of his practice. Hospital says the same. Very sad because I remember when he was great. Hope that tail is worth the price he is paying."

"By far thee worst place to ever go! As hard as it is for me to reach out. I waited 2 months for an appointment. Well today was my appointment, Mr. Chad didn’t ask me anything, didn’t ask about my daily life to try and understand more of why I was there. I walked out getting caught up on my shots.. I didn’t go in for my shots. How and the **** is a doctor suppose to “help” if he can’t even or won’t even listen to his patients. I’m so disgusted with this place"
