"I was lucky enough to be able to schedule an appointment time online and was seen within 10 minutes of my arrival. Visit was quick and thorough and the provider (Jacqualine Anthony NP) was so sweet, knowledgeable, and funny. I wish she had a private practice! Will definitely come back if we need to visit urgent care again."

Waiting a little today is still quicker than waiting weeks to get into my family doctor! They also have free snacks and water available during your entire visit."

"The website states that they accept walk in patients as by definition an urgent care is supposed to. I arrived at 6:20 as they close at 7pm. There was no one in the waiting room, the parking lot was empty and there was no one at the front desk. I was informed when someone came to the desk that they accept scheduled appointments and they were “capped” for the night. I asked more about this as I have worked urgent care and this is definitely not what I am used to. I was told they are allowed to cap their patients since they have been there all day and are tired. I was offered an appointment for the next day, I was never asked what was wrong to see if there was a need for care urgently. I came to my appointment and heard the front turning away patients that didn’t have an appointment, my issue isn’t necessarily with the care but with stating you are an urgent care facility. You are not. You are a doctors office for people without a primary care physician. Had it not been over the holidays I would have gone to my Primary Care provider. This is not how urgent care works."

"I am very apprehensive about going to an urgent office. Have had not the greatest experiences other places. And have waited hours to be sent home with instructions to follow up with family doctor. This was by far the most friendly, kind hearted place I’ve ever been . Staff was so nice , the nurses were sincere and the doctor was genuinely concerned at making me feel better as quickly as possible . And she did just that ! And she followed up with me the next day . This will definitely be the place I go in the future and I won’t be so anxious and terrified to bring my children!! Thank you"
