"The doctors themselves are very kind and personable, but I literally almost died a couple of times because the staff let me run out of medication for days at a time. Refilling prescriptions is really hard at this office. They are understaffed and the customer service is awful. I had to fire them after about the fifth time I ran out medication, despite always calling in my refills within the time they requested. They cannot be trusted to refill prescriptions on time."

"Break ups are difficult, but not in this case! If you're looking for a doctor who's more concerned about the way you look than the way you feel then this is the right place. All this place is interested in are clients with deep pockets! Don't expect to be treated with any kind of respect unless you pay for the preferred care plan which costs $1,000.00+!!! I had to wait for over an hour for my scheduled appointment. Then when I addressed this among other concerns I had experienced prior to my appointment they permanently dismissed me! I did not rant or rave, but did let them know I was treated unfairly and that the staff was incompetent. I was told by a nurse in order to receive my prescriptions I was required to schedule a physical which I did. However, she spoke out of turn, and the receptionist recorded it as a general wellness which they tried to charge me for. I was informed if I needed a physical I would need to reschedule. They admitted to the mess up on their end. No one should ever have to be treated in such a manner."
