"As a medical professional at any company we certainly do not turn patients away. EVER! Receptionist is TERRIBLE! I can’t see how she still has a job. Very rude, attitude was out of this world. How can a place cannot take drug screens after a certain time? I’ve worked in urgent care and different places where we had to take patients up until closing. My husband has an appointment at 4:30pm and she turned him around and said come back tomorrow. When we asked questions she had no manners. I Don’t recommend going there at all until they can get better receptionist."
