"Staff was incredibly rude when I tried to exchange a pair of shoes. There ended up being a price difference of $16 (because the size difference went from kids to men’s) making the total $58. Had a coupon for $10 off $50 employee kept insisting I only owed $16 not $50. So I asked if I could return the ones I had for a refund then buy the new pair with the coupon and was told no. Asked to just return with no new purchase just wanted my money back at this point and was told no when I had the receipt. Called the cooperate office after and was told the coupon could’ve been applied to the initial exchange. Maybe the employees can’t do simple math or just don’t want to do their jobs, I do know I will not be making future purchases from journey."

"I love shoes and so do my little's. Always have good people helping me when I enter this store. Last visit I went in to buy 4 pair of shoes and ended up buying 6 with socks and a matching belt. Lol, Store Manager is a beast at sales but despite adding on with me sharing that I did not want to over extend, he made sure that available discounts and store promotions were available for all the items he added. So while I spent more money, I did not feel sold and that made all the difference. My favorite location and I drive out of my way to shop here, anytime I am craving for a new pair of shoes."

"We always have a great experience in this store. They have a beautiful selection of shoes, especially the more eclectic styles that I personally favor. Their displays are always clean, the store itself is always very tidy, and the sales manager and staff were very informative and polite. They talked us through sizing variations between brands and helped place an online order that will be shipped to our house. The manager explained the return process in case there was any sizing issues. This is a wonderful store!"
