"This place is a complete disaster. We scheduled an appointment for my 6 yrold son, they have scheduled him for an over the phone and the first time they called and cancelled because the doctor decided to go home early, so we rescheduled. Then an hour before our rescheduled appointment they called to cancel again.. this time because he hasn't been in in over a year. So now, I have to be at work and I don't have the time to take him to urgent care.. how in the world they didn't tell us this the first time or the second when we rescheduled is Soo unprofessional I don't have the words. Extremely disappointed in them. Poor kid just needs some medicine and they have screwed my entire day and frankly shown incompetence on this matter."
