I was not aware of their return policy of 5%.( This is hidden in a link at the bottom of the portal) When contacting customer service To explain the Insurance company was not approving this and I needed to return it .They were no help and would not budge on this fee, buyers beware. There is a restocking fee this company charges of 5%"
