"Unfortunately they refuse to cook your fries a little longer. Something I am able to do at any other fast food joint around. I had previously asked about getting my fries cooked longer but this location wasn't open inside and they said they would be happy to cook them longer once they opened inside. While this is the first time I've been able to go inside with family and not just run through the drive thru, I was shocked that they refused my request. So unfortunately I will not return, which is sad because we all love the food. I won't visit a restaurant that says how their customer service is above others, when in all actuality it isn't."

"I don't give to many 5 stars. Although this was the best fast food chain restaurant I've ever been to. Starting with the customer service, every single employee I saw was courteous and polite. Including the gentleman I was cleaning trash up from under the table. Cleanliness was a 5 star rating as well. And a play place for kids!!! Will definitely be back, everytime we return to Sandusky Ohio!. Thank you for a great experience."

"Before this I only had Chick-fil-A in Canada but loved the options available in the US. Fantastic breakfast options and everything made fresh (as Chick-fil-A always does). In addition, the service was brilliant as they gave me a sign board that I need to put on my table and the server brought my food to me. Overall a fantastic breakfast experience and I will prioritize to have breakfast at Chick-fil-A when I am in the US next time."
