"Nothing but kids running this location. And their friends hangout there while they're on the clock. It's like a daycare. The girl behind the counter was too busy on a damn phone call, in the middle of ringing me out, to notice that a security tag was left on a shirt. Also, no security alarm when leaving so what's the point. Now I have to wait til after Christmas to have them remove a tag on a gift I got someone for Christmas. This whole mall needs shut down."

"Terrible customer service!! My son and I walked in to see the employee with her foot up on a bench, looking at her phone with an airpod in her ear. She did look up to greet us and went back to looking at her phone without asking if we needed any help. We found something to try but had to retrieve the employee to get the shoes, still looking at her phone. She handed us the shoes and walked away. We were the only customers in the store and I saw another employee come out of a door that also did not ask if we needed any help. He just wet over to chat with the female employee, also with an airpod in his ear. Why are these employees in customer service being allowed to do this?"
