"Honey... Whomever the ratchet girl is with tattoos all over and long red braids needs to be fired. I was standing in this long line around 5:45 p.m. Friday evening. Shaun told her that since she closed down her register early, she needed to go clean out the coffee machines until her shift was finished at 6:00 p.m. she stood there ignoring him. He explained to her that he is in charge of that shift and anything she was trying to do needed to be ran by him before doing so. Now they were short a register and the line was forming. He said, I'm in charge and I need you to finish out your shift by doing something. She stood there looking dumbfounded and said I'm really trying to figure out if you're talking to me with a tone or not because that's what we not going to do. He handled her very professionally, was not talking to her any type of way. She was just trying to go home early, so now she is in the store on her phone texting running her mouth. She would have lost her job right then."

"The last few times, 3-4, I have went into UDF to get a milkshake they have told me they were out of peanut butter. What store, that is widely known for their milkshakes, doesn’t keep enough peanut butter? What’s going on with you, UDF? Is there a peanut butter shortage I don’t know about? Please let me know. I never usually have a complaint about them but this has gotten flat out ridiculous."

"This place went from racist to ratchet in the number of years! The inconvenience of this location is beginning to be ridiculous! 24 hr service is not always 24 they shut down when ever they want! You’re always guaranteed to stand in long lines because staff is either talking to each other or being disrespectful right in front of the customer’s."
