"My go to store for Buckeye apparel until today. Quite possibly the rudest and least helpful 2 employees I have ever encountered. I asked if they could check if an item was available in a different size at their Polaris location and they said no. Keep in mind, I was the only person in the store so they weren't too busy to call but told me I could and just chatted with each other while I called. Terrible customer service and I won't go back to that location again. On a positive note, the gentlemen I talked to at Polaris was extremely helpful so I'll make sure to spend my money there or at one of the other locations."
