"Morgan is incredibly rude. She seemed rude to other employees and service was awful. Had to wait so long for her to notice me and take my order. She was bent over the counter on her phone and would continue to keep checking her phone non stop and seemed distracted… she had to ask me to repeat myself multiple times. Absolutely love their drinks but the service i experienced today was awful and i don’t think i will be coming back while that woman is there."

"Came in at 7:10pm on a Tuesday. The man said sorry we’re closed. They close when they feel like it to “match JCPenney and other stores” even though other stores are open and Google says they close at 9 p.m. He said “someone keeps changing it” and then said we will be more consistent when we have “staff” so his stories didn’t line up. And I suggested he checks Google since it’s currently wrong and also gave attitude. He was all not friendly and apologetic, more defensive than anything else. We came here despite the reviews hoping things have changed but nope."
