"I have always had good service here and the staff is usually friendly, but this recent visit was horrible. The lady who was taking my order in the drive thru was so rude for no reason, honestly I don’t think I’ve ever seen her there before but I hope I don’t again. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. But as long as she’s there I won’t be returning."

"TIP: Talk about your paying customer AFTER they are fully out of sight!!! I just left this location after the drive thru cashier dropped my food on the ground. I barely had my hands on it before she released it. No apology. Just shoved out my drink while I opened the door to retrieve the bag. Luckily, none of the food fell out of the bag. As she closes the window, she says to her co-workers, "She drops the bag and gives me stank face!" Well, I purposely said nothing to you because I figured you've been working all day and were tired, which is why I didn't receive great Tim Hortons customer service. I gave you a pass today and kept my thoughts to myself. As my mother always taught me, "If you can't say anything nice, keep it yourself. " Ma'am, I suggest you follow that advice if you want to remain customer facing."

I tried calling the store but it's still breakfast, so they are undeniably busy. Just wanted my voice heard because my drink cost almost $6 and that's $24 in drinks, I've not drank."
