"Dr Brian Braithwaite has the best bedside manners in all my years as a Patient..Incredibly caring !!"
"Dr Foad and PA-C Brittany Stout were not on the same page when it came to my symptoms after my surgery. Brittany left my room to contact a doctor for something once and I just left, because I had already been there for two hours and told them I had an appointment after them to go to. She later wrote in my notes that I vanished like I was noncompliant, um no, you guys just have poor wait times and I had another commitment you were going to make me late for. I read my reports and one said one thing and another had a differing opinion. I felt like just a number, everytime I came I waited for a loooong time, enough to hear the door slam from them walking in and out of so many rooms. By time anyone came in the door I was focused on how frustrated I was that my time wasn't respected rather than talking about my symptoms. I didn't feel like I had enough time to clearly explain what I was going through and when I talked about symptoms (unrelated to surgery) I had post op, I felt like no one cared. Now, 7 months later I have someone who cared enough to run more tests, instead of thinking I was making up my symptoms, AND turns out I have a shoulder injury. These people are smart, but I hope they really start paying attention to what's best for their patients, b/c I could've used more compassion and further tests. Tried contacting patient relations about the work that needs to be done here with wait times, patient care, etc and of course they never responded."
"Dr Foad is absolutely amazing!! And everyone is nice and really cares about me as a person"
"Only get one option for ways to go now, I used to get a few different routes."
