"I had a good experience with Dr. Bernstein and the staff at my first and only visit. What followed is what became the problem. I traveled 300 miles and brought my medical records from the last 20 years on a CD. At check-in and check-out I was assured it would not be a problem for them to mail the CD back to me after the Doctor had reviewed my files. I made multiple phone calls to have the CD returned to me. A few times I was told it was in the mail, most recently I was told it was lost. The office manager was extemely rude and condescending blaming me for leaving the CD behind (the docotor’s request). I left it in the hands of what I believed to be trusted medical professionals. Now I have no medical records and no idea where my personal health information is floating around."
