"Everytime I go here to shop I find a good deal"

"I was double charged on 06/21/2023. at the Miamisburg/Centerville, OH store. I went back to the store and the clerk said she was unable to do anything and to call customer service. I called and the lady who answered said she would forward to the appropriate people. That didn't happen. I have not heard a word in 4 days. I have emailed and called numerous times since and I am not able to get through to discuss with someone. Update from previous draft: After informing them that I will be leaving a poor review on Google, they called me and they claim that I was only charged once and to call my bank and if it comes to it, my bank will have to discuss with their banking department. Account still shows double charge and my bank will start the dispute. The physical store was nice and clean, and the operators were nice, but HORRIBLE customer service. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I shouldn't have to work this hard to keep someone from stealing my money. Check your bank account, People!"
